Why edges change how the whole yard reads

Your eye follows lines. When the line where turf meets concrete or mulch is crisp, the entire property looks maintained, even from the street. When grass creeps over the driveway lip and bed lines blur, the same yard reads as tired. Edging is cheap relative to the visual difference it makes, which is why we treat it as a first-class service instead of an afterthought.

What we edge

• Hard edges: driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and patio borders cut vertically so grass stops exactly at the concrete
• Bed edges: a clean trench cut between turf and landscape beds that holds mulch in and keeps grass from creeping into the bed
• Re-establishment: older properties where the turf has crept inches over walks get the original line cut back and the buildup hauled away

One-time reset or part of the schedule

A spring edge re-establishment sets the lines for the season, and regular maintenance passes keep them sharp. Bundled with a mowing schedule it stays crisp all season; as a standalone it is a fast, visible upgrade before a graduation party, a listing photo, or just because the creep finally got to you. Price depends on linear footage and how far gone the existing edge is.
