How a Grassroots quote works

1. You call, text, or send the form. Tell us the address and what you are after.
2. We look at the actual property. Free, in person. Lot size, access, terrain, tree cover, bed footage: the things that honestly determine the work.
3. You get a real number before anything starts. Not a starting-at teaser that grows on the invoice.

What moves the price

• Size: square footage of turf, beds, or pavement being serviced
• Access and obstacles: gates, slopes, tight backyards, trim-heavy layouts
• Volume: leaf and debris haul-out is priced on what actually has to leave
• Frequency: recurring schedules price better than one-off visits because the property stays manageable
• Bundling: pairing services in one visit (aeration + overseed, cleanup + final mow) costs less than booking each separately

What never happens

• No contracts. We earn the next visit with the current one.
• No upsells and no padding: if the lawn needs two services, the quote says two.
• No surprise invoices. The quoted number is the number.
